Duo Business Communications Llc. After the successful launch of two companies in the telecommunication
industry, we have decided to launch Duo Business Communications Llc.
in order to provide new products and services based on a new
technologies that will allow efficient and reliable communications
with the telephone, fax, Internet, modems and other means for
data communications and enhanced services that integrates a variety
of services as one for the en-users.
In 1996, we founded The Voice Box Corp., a privately held entity founded
to provide tailor made telecommunication services in order to ease and enhance
telephone applications and offer better alternative services.
We serve individuals as well as corporations needs through a variety of
applications that blend and adapt themselves to each customer need. Our major
asset is the flexibility to provide custom made services to our clients at
competitive rates, since we can adapt our hardware to specific needs it allows
us to supply services that others carriers would not be able to give.
We have invested heavily in our switches in order to build sophisticated and flexible equipment that can be upgraded and that can adapt itself to future needs. All our equipment is custom made in house so that it allows us to control, to customize and to provide the following services:
Realizing the importance, opportunities and advantages of the Internet
specially at the International level, in 1998 we founded Duo Business
Communications LLC to develop further Internet products and specially Voice,
Fax and Data over the Internet protocol which takes advantage of the cheaper data
networks to offer much cheaper Voice, Fax and Data for now and later in the near
future, on the same network and equipment will follow the image in the form of
Video and Television.
Duo Business Communications LLC has developed an Internet Switch (gateway)
that if installed anywhere in the world, with the proper connections, sends
packeted Voice and Data through the Internet to our office, where we de-packeted
and terminate the call through the phone lines (IP telephony).
The main advantages of IP telephony are that its flexible to be routed
according to needs and traffic, you are using the same Data network to send Voice,
Fax or Data and that these lines are more broadly available and cheaper that leased
phone lines. All this result in a much cheaper way to communicate with an easy and
flexible infrastructure.
Using our previous experience at controlling and billing our phone services
and implementing this experience to the Internet we are providing services that are
supported via the Internet, meaning that these services can be controlled and
billed at any remote place and on real time basis which is a big technological
breakthrough since you can modify accounts information or provide a detailed
invoice on the spot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world.
Integrating The Voice Box Corp and Duo Business Communications LLC and both
technologies we are able to extirpate the best of both worlds and to provide a
reliable and flexible mean of communications, cheaper than existing ones, more
flexible since you can be innovative, scalable so that you can always increase the
numbers of user and foremost billable and controllable from anywhere in the word.
The Internet Telephony is at its starting point and there is no doubt that
this is the technology of the future since it takes better advantage of the
resources available and is flexible to adapt to new and future demands. The
technology we have is playing a major role in building the future and the best
opportunities are yet to come.
