The virtual office gives you the ability to have an "office" in any foreign country while you are in another part of the world. At the same time save on expenses such as salaries, rent and other costs that are typical when you have a branch office abroad.

WHAT IS THE VIRTUAL OFFICE?

The Virtual Office is a service that allows you to have an International access number or toll free (same as the 1-800 in the US) in the countries that you choose to. Every time someone uses your International toll free numbers, the calls are transferred to the telephone number(s) that you want anywhere in the world.

WHAT IS INTERNATIONAL TOLL FREE?

It is a telephone number that is paid by the party receiving the calls. The person using your International Toll Free accesses your number from anywhere within a country and the calls are then forwarded to you the receiver.

HOW DOES THE VIRTUAL OFFICE WORKS?

When a client or employee wants to call you:

1. They simply dial your International Toll Free number.
2. We transfer the calls to your telephone number in your country.

OPTIONS OF THE VIRTUAL OFFICE

We offer two types of Virtual Offices:

1. DIRECT VIRTUAL OFFICE:

   Calls are transferred directly to your phone. You may change the destination as many times as you need to.
   
   

2. AUTOMATED VIRTUAL OFFICE: (automated switchboard)

   This service allows to have all you employees or departments under a same "virtual office." When someone calls to your International access number(s), the switchboard answers the calls as directed. You have a variety of menus that can be customized to your needs such as:

   • The menu can say: "Welcome to ABC company, for sales press 1, for accounting press 2…".
   • You can design a menu such as: i.e. "Please dial the extension of the person you want to reach". Each extension is personalized in order to transfer the calls to the specific person.
   • You can also create a menu such as: i.e. "Please dial 1 for information on houses, dial 2 for information on apartments.." these menus can have sub-menus and at the end give the concrete information that the client requests.

   When someone calls your International Access Number(s) with automated switchboard:

   1. They will hear i.e." Welcome to ABC company, please dial the extension of the person that you want to reach or zero for an operator."
   2. The caller dials XXX
   3. The incoming call is then transferred to the telephone number programmed for each extension.

   The automatic switchboard works 24 hours a day, 365 days a year doing exactly what you want. We will adapt the switchboard to your needs.

   NOTE: Dialing extension works only in those parts of the world where touch tone telephones are available

VIRTUAL OFFICE OPTIONS

We will adjust the Virtual Office to meet your requirements.

We can customize your switchboard so that it will answer in several languages.

REAL TIME SERVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH THE INTERNET

Our services include administrative support through the Internet which allows you to:

• See all the details relative to your Virtual Office.
• Details of your expenses.
• Make changes for the destination numbers (where you receive your calls).

TYPES OF INTERNATIONAL ACCESS NUMBERS

1. UNIVERSAL: (the same number used from many countries)

   With this type of access number you will have a unique International Access Number that can be used throughout the following countries:

   Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Korea, Denmark, Finland, France, Holland, Hong Kong, England, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Countries to be included 08-99: Spain, Italy.
   
   
   
   

2. INTERNATIONAL SERVICE (one number per country)

   With this service you will have one International Access Number in each country that you select from the following list:

   Germany, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Korea, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Spain, Fiji, Finland, France, Greece, Holland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, England, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Republic of the Dominican Republic Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Venezuela, USA.
   
   
   
   

3. GLOBAL (one shared number per country)

   All countries included in the International Service as well as:

   Antigua, Argentina, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, Brunei, Bulgaria, Croatia, Egypt, Estonia, French Guyana, Guadeloupe, India, Island of the Meeting, Lithuanian, Macedonia, Malt, Martinique, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Czech Republic, Rumania, Senegal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts& Nevis, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Syrian, Turkey, Ukraine, Yemen.

   The access number is shared.

NOTE: Each type of International access number is dialed differently.

RATES

The rates for International Access Number vary according to the type of service and the destination country where the calls are terminated. Please submit the list of the originating countries you need Access Numbers and the termination country(s) so that we may quote you.

For international service, a minimum monthly usage of $1000 is required. There is a penalty for the difference to $1000 up to a $400 maximum.

For services originating only in the US and Canada, the minimum monthly usage is $300 with a maximum penalty of $100.

Payments must be pre-paid through a credit card or bank transfer. All payments are in U.S. dollars.

International Access Numbers activation cost:

• UNIVERSAL: $500 per number.
• INTERNATIONAL SERVICE: $200 per country.
• GLOBAL $200 for all countries.

Terms and Conditions

For the Direct Virtual Office only answered calls are charged.

For Automated Switchboard Service, you are charged the moment your automated switchboard answers for a minimum of 1 minute. The cost per minute of the time spent inside the switchboard will be charged at the same rate as calls to destination.

All rates are billed per minute and Duocom is not responsible for wrong number calls to their International Access Number.
